The idea has been on my bucket list for a long time, and when a lot of my fans on youtube started asking for it i painted my watermelon cake in stages, letting it rest for about half an hour in between.

1 center-cut slice watermelon, about 2 inches thick

seedless red grapes, halved

cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced

cherries, pitted and halved

crumbled feta cheese

chopped fresh mint

Directions

Arrange watermelon on large plate or cutting board. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Cut into wedges to serve.

TIP: Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
